Shore Acres 2  offers 12 month leases. 

We are thrilled to welcome your furry friends to our pet-friendly property! We understand that pets are part of the family, and we strive to make them feel right at home. 

Our pet policy includes:

Pet Types: We happily accept both cats and dogs.

Pet Limit: Up to 2 pets per apartment.

Pet Fees: A non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.

Certain breed restrictions may apply. 

Our property features a range of floor plans, from  Studio apartments to 3 bedroom apartments. We invite you to explore our apartment floor plans in person by scheduling a tour or by viewing our floor plan layouts online.

Yes, residents can conveniently pay rent online through our secure resident portal. Our online payment system allows you to manage your rent payments with ease, whether you're at home or on the go. With a few simple clicks, you can:
